The Town of Clarksburg doesn’t have an official Transfer/Recycling Center. Residents are

directed to utilizing Private Haulers and or North Adams Transfer Station for proper disposal and recycling services. Please contact your local Town Hall here for information on Private Haulers in your area. All Clarksburg residents are welcome to attend the Districts Special Collections Events and Annual Hazardous Household Waste Collections, as well as, other Recycling programs.

*Tire Recycling Program **Is located at the Adams Transfer Station and open to all member towns, tire coupons must first be purchased from the Adams Treasurer **

*Universal Waste, lithium and rechargeable batteries, fluorescent tubes recycling, (This is a shared service for member town residents. The 7 sheds are located at the transfer stations in Adams, Cheshire, Dalton, Hinsdale, Peru, Williamstown and Windsor. Permit not required for Universal Waste.)
